Can I try a class before I join?
Your first class is always free! Click the link at the top of your screen to find out more.
Does my free class pass expire?
Your free class pass will expire after 1 month. If you need more time to use it before it expires then please reach out to email@example.com
How do I use my first class free pass?
Do I need to pre-enroll or can I just show up?
While you can absolutely just show up, we would prefer you pre-enroll. By enrolling, you ensure you get details about where to meet us and what to expect. You can enroll for classes on our schedule page.
How will I know where to meet for class?
Upon enrolling for class, you'll receive a confirmation email. In this, you'll find useful information like where to park, where exactly we meet for each location, the name of your instructor, and what to bring. You can also head to our locations page to see detailed instructions for each location.
How will I know if the class location has changed due to weather?
In case of inclement weather, outdoor class locations may change. Pre-enroll for classes to be emailed with last minute weather location changes.
What do I need to bring to class
For you: water, towel, yoga mat, or blanket, sunscreen, and comfortable exercise shoes and clothing.
For your littles: snacks, toys, diaper bag essentials, and any type of stroller/baby carrier.
Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?
Absolutely! We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise throughout their pregnancies as long as everything has been approved by their physician. All our instructors are trained prenatal fitness instructors who will guide you through exercises best for your trimester. We can modify any exercise that poses a challenge as you progress through your pregnancy.
FIT4MOM® recommends you obtain your doctor’s approval prior to beginning any exercise program. If pregnant, please speak with your physician before your first day.
I just had a baby, when can I join stroller classes?
You can begin attending class with your doctor's clearance to begin exercising, typically after your six week postpartum appointment. See you there, mama!
What if my baby doesn't like being in the stroller, gets fussy, or I need to feed?
Our stroller classes are designed to keep the kids moving and engaged by incorporating songs and various props to keep them engaged. With that said, if you need to change, nurse or console your baby, please do so - remember, you are in good company.
Can I babywear at stroller classes?
Yes. All our instructors can modify any exercise for baby wearing -front or back carrying.
Do I need a jogging stroller for the stroller workouts?
Jogging strollers are not required. As long as the stroller is sturdy, not prone to tipping and all children can be safely strapped into their seats for the duration of class, it will work just fine!
Can my older children walk along or ride their bike during class?
DO I NEED TO BE IN GREAT SHAPE TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS?
Not at all! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We empower you through choice. You will be coached by a trained fitness instructor who will guide you through exercises best for your age and stage of motherhood. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.
Do I need to be a runner to attend these classes?
Absolutely not! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable. You'll always have the option to power walk or jog to each exercise station.

I loved my first class, how do I sign up for a membership?
After your first class, your instructor will be there to answer any of your questions and tell you about our membership specials. They'll be able to help you complete your purchase, and save you a spot at your next class. How much does a membership cost?
We have a few different options based on how often you’re planning on attending. It ranges from $5-$20 per class. Your first class is always free and then afterward your instructor can tell you about our current deals and help you pick the best option based on your schedule + needs
What is FIT4MOM Our Village Events & Playgroups?
As moms, we understand that life is about finding balance while nurturing our minds, bodies and spirits. Our FIT4MOM Events and Playgroups were created with this aspiration in mind. By attending you will build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips and most importantly, laughter. Support and connect with other moms through:
WEEKLY innovative & creative playgroups - fun for baby
MONTHLY entertaining Moms' Nights Out - this is your time
Fieldtrips- get your kids involved in fun seasonal activities e.g. pool and splash pad time in the summer or pumpkin patch in Fall.
****You do NOT have to be a member of FIT4MOM to join the FIT4MOM Weekly Playgroups and Storytimes. All moms are welcome!

What does my Membership include?
Your membership includes unlimited classes at any of the FIT4MOM Rocket City locations. We offer Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, prenatal FIT4BABY, Body Boost, Body Ignite, and FIT4MOM On Demand. Learn more about our workouts here.
Membership also includes being a member of our closed Facebook group, yard sale group, weekly playgroups, monthly Moms’ Night Outs, and more!
How do I modify / cancel my membership?
In order to cancel your membership, the Member must notify FIT4MOM Rocket City via the Membership Change Request form https://forms.gle/tY9NtARG2mQfBJny7 and provide 30 days advance notice. No refunds will be given for dues once paid, and any dues that fall within the 30 days advance notice window will be charged to your payment method on file. We regret there are no exceptions. Your advance notice period starts from the day the form is submitted.
How do I update my credit card on file?
To update your credit card on file:
Log into your Pike13 account
Below your profile photo you will see a list of options
Click on "Payment Methods"
Update the information
Be sure to delete the old credit card on file
If your monthly dues payment fails and you do not respond to our emails to update your credit card info, your membership will be cancelled.
Who do I contact with questions about my membership?
If you ever have any questions on your membership, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 256-258-9422.
Is my membership transferable to another franchise location?
No. Memberships are only valid for the franchise where they were purchased. If you move to an area outside of our franchise, you will need to cancel your current membership and sign up for a membership at the new franchise. We encourage you to contact the franchisee where you are moving to and let them know you have a current FIT4MOM membership at another franchise.
