Breastfeeding Snack: Granola Balls

The vast majority of store-bought granola bars come packed with added sugar and little to no protein. Instead, check out this recipe for a healthy, easy, and nutrient-packed snack on the go! They're great for a quick to grab late-night breastfeeding snack. We recommend doubling the recipe because they are so tasty that your family will eat them right alongside you.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Soften the nut butter of your choice in the microwave for 20 seconds. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients until well mixed. Roll 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 18 minutes.
