Easy Protein Smoothie

This is my go-to breakfast smoothie. It's quick to throw together and is super yummy.

Makes 1 Serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt of your choice
  • 2 TBSP nut butter of your choice
  • 3/4 cup of milk of your choice
  • 1 TBSP ground flaxseed
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Ice cubes (optional). Also, try this hack from team member Nina-- add frozen strawberries as the "ice cubes".

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients. Enjoy!
