Easy Protein Smoothie
This is my go-to breakfast smoothie. It's quick to throw together and is super yummy.
Makes 1 Serving
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt of your choice
- 2 TBSP nut butter of your choice
- 3/4 cup of milk of your choice
- 1 TBSP ground flaxseed
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Ice cubes (optional). Also, try this hack from team member Nina-- add frozen strawberries as the "ice cubes".
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all ingredients. Enjoy!
