Meet Body Well Coach Kelly
Get to know our Body Well Coaches a little better.
Tell us a little bit about you?
My name is Kelly Rojahn and I have been a Body Well Coach and Instructor with FIT4MOM Madison since 2018. I'm also a national certified Group Fitness Instructor. I'm a wife and mama to a second grade boy + a 13 year old yorkie. My background is Early Childhood Education and I was a classroom teacher before having my son. I found FIT4MOM Madison in 2016 and I haven't looked back. It has completely changed my own health and my ideas about fitness. I love being outside, reading, drinking green tea, and traveling.
When was your first Body Well session?
My first session was in 2018. I had just finished running my first half marathon, a task that seemed like a far off unattainable dream (thanks to FIT4MOM). I wanted to continue to push myself outside of my comfort zone and I fell in love with the program.
What is your favorite component of Body Well?
Picking just one is nearly impossible. The whole package--acountability, group encouragement, building a bond with your coach, trust, killer workouts, yummy real food, prioritizing health the health of your WHOLE self...--all of this is what makes Body Well amazing and unique.
What is your fav moment from Body Well sessions of past?
I have two favorite moments. That moment that the Mamas in a session bond together and cheer each other on like it is their sister right next to them. And that moment when a Mama finds her own confidence. Their light shines even brighter
What can mamas expect from you as their Body Well coach?
I'm all about positivity. PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) is my motto and I say it in classes often. Yes you can. Yes you will. Together. I will be with you every step of the way.
